Shipping Info

All orders are sent within 2 working days after placing the order (usually within 3-10 working days after placing the order), depending on the applicable delivery service.

Due to high order volume or abnormal conditions (COVID-19), orders may be delayed, so please wait 15 working days. If possible, make sure to check your tracking.

1) The delivery time does not include the processing period of 1-2 days from the date of placing the order.
2) Our products are produced in Hong Kong, and all products are delivered directly by our logistics department. So it may take more than 10 days of long-distance international transportation.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) Should your package not arrive within 30 days after you have placed your order, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.

Changing the delivery address If you

If you change your mind before placing an order, we can accept cancellation at any time before placing the order. If you have already placed an order, please refer to our refund policy.

 

Packages damaged in transit:
If you find a package damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier as much as possible and contact our customer service. If the package is delivered without you, please contact the courier immediately and then contact our customer service. If the damaged item is returned to us, we are happy to replace it.

 

Product shortage:
If we are missing any specific product you ordered, we will contact you in other colors, sizes or styles. If the other options provided are not acceptable, we will provide you with an estimated out-of-stock delivery date. If it is not acceptable, we will send you an email to confirm the cancellation of the order, and a full refund will be credited to your credit/debit card.
