We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When returning an item, make sure you have proof of purchase, such as your confirmation email. The item (and any free items that came with the product) will also need to be:
- unused (this does not apply to items if the issue appears after longer usage)
- in original packaging with all its contents (lige watch, charger, manual all in the lige watch box, if any of the contents are missing, deductions can be made)
- in a resaleable condition (foil on the screen)
- clean (deductions can be made)
- please include the Order number
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable. This includes shipping to customer address & back to our warehouse. Any order with free shipping will be assessed standard shipping charges.
Refund will be made after merchandise is returned back to us and after inspection.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & CLEARANCE
In some cases, Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
lige smart watch cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
